The XP-40 was released in 1998 and is an excellent side arm. It has a cap for quick refills and takes only a few pumps to charge. It uses it's water supply extremely fast though. The XP-40 has a green body and the pump is removable by twisting the orange piece surrounding it off,a convient thing when the gun must be repaired. Overall the XP-40 is an excellent back-up/side arm but i much more reccomend the XP-240 which makes the XP-40 seem like a piece of crud. The XP-40 may still be found in some private toy stores. Pros:Quick to fill, good first attack weapon. Cons:reservoir small, it sucks compared to the XP-240 RATING:6.5/10
