CPS-2700 (2000 and 2001 Edition)
The CPS-2700 2000 The CPS-2700 2001

Im going to open this review by saying this could have been one of the best guns ever, but Larami toatally screwed up on this one. For a CPS-2500 replacement it could be better. This blaster has a 2x nozzle with quite a nice wallop a standard 5x and a nice 10x, in my opinion it could use a 15x. The Pump is another issue its located in a strange position is fragile and its hard to pump and hold the trigger. Changing nozzles hurts my wrist because of the fricken plastic shield. Sure it looks nice but it wants to make you scream. For an average price of $29.99(USA) it's not worth it. In 2000 it had a red yellow color scheme which was horrible it now has a grey purple yellow tank scheme, but it retains that corny flower design. This blasters main advantage is capacity it holds the most out of any non backpack CPS you can fill your PT about 5 times before a refill, ofcourse it comes with a drawback weight. If you have to use this weapon move the gun closer to you when changing nozzles, don't grip it the conventional way(one hand on pump one on trigger). In terms of soakage it can take on all the lower CPS and maybe the 2500 because of it's nice range. The Bottem line: Larami cared more about looks for this one then comfort.
Pros:Nice range, nice variety of nozzles, great water capacity
Cons:hard to hold, heavy, and real hard to change nozzles
Rating:5/10
